hey, I’m
Maddy

I was the kid who spent Friday nights choreographing her next dance routine to Jai Ho and watching She's the Man on repeat [I could quote that movie off by heart].

But I was also the teenager who thought skipping lunch was just what you did to stay skinny and whose mum put her on a shake diet at 15. And yes, I also owned the PDF guide for Kayla Itsine's BBG guide... I mean who didn't.

I grew up thinking my worth was somehow tied to a number on a scale that never once made me feel better about myself.

That's when the unlearning really started. Turns out the shake diet, the constant restriction, the all or nothing mindset, none of it had ever actually stuck. I'd just gotten really good at starting over.

It forced me to finally ask what sustainable actually looks like.

Then I became a mum, and everything I thought I knew about health got thrown out the window.

The old rules didn't work anymore. I didn't have time for two hour gym sessions or five meal prep containers lined up in the fridge.

I had a baby, a body that felt completely foreign to me, and about eleven minutes a day to myself.

What I found wasn't a better diet or a smarter program. It was learning to stop treating health like a phase, something you do for six weeks and then abandon, and start treating it as just part of life.

That's the same thing I now build with every client.
